We want you to be happy with your purchase. USA.Surron (Hangzhou Qiulong Technology Co., Ltd.) offers a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.

• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

• If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and full instructions on how and where to send your package.

• Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

All returned products are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
